Sales Operations Workshop

For B2B leadership teams using HubSpot who want a clearer view of how sales is actually being managed, why pipeline or forecast confidence is weakening, and what to fix first.

This is not a general HubSpot consultation. We put the leadership team around the same questions, test whether the answers are genuinely shared, and expose the gaps between how sales is supposed to run and what is actually happening.

Is this worth your time?

If these questions are harder to answer than they should be, probably.

The Workshop is designed for leadership teams that feel the sales operation has become less clear as the business has grown.

  • Would every sales manager describe your pipeline stages the same way?
  • Can you explain exactly what evidence allows a deal to move forward?
  • Do you trust the forecast without rebuilding it outside HubSpot?
  • Are pipeline reviews run to the same standard across managers?
  • Does HubSpot reflect how sales is actually managed, or how somebody once configured it?
  • Are senior leaders still stepping into individual deals because the system does not give them enough confidence?

What happens in the room

We test the sales operation you think you already have.

The point is not to audit every HubSpot setting. It is to find out whether leadership and managers are actually running the same sales system.

01

Who are you trying to sell to?

We test whether the commercial focus is genuinely shared, or whether teams are making different choices about what good opportunity looks like.

02

How should a deal move?

We look at stages, buyer evidence and what must be true before a deal moves forward.

03

What should managers inspect?

We test whether pipeline reviews, coaching and forecast decisions are based on the same evidence.

04

What should HubSpot make visible?

We look at whether the CRM supports the agreed way of selling or whether the business is working around it.

What you leave with

A clearer view of where the sales operation is breaking down and the first three issues we believe leadership should prioritise. Pipeline Drift may be one of the patterns we uncover, but the Workshop is deliberately broader than pipeline mechanics alone.

What it is not

No disguised consultancy day. No free implementation plan.

Not a general HubSpot consultation We are not using the session to work through a list of CRM questions.
Not a technical audit We do not need portal access before the Workshop.
Not generic sales training The session is about your operating reality, not teaching a standard sales course.
Not a sales pitch If there is no reason for further work, we will say so.

Who should attend

Bring the people who own the number and the people who run the pipeline.

Best people in the room

The senior leader responsible for pipeline performance, forecasting or commercial decisions, together with the person who manages the pipeline day to day.

Depending on the business, that may mean a founder, Managing Director, COO, Commercial Director or Sales Director alongside a Head of Sales, Sales Manager or RevOps lead.

You do not need to prepare a consultancy pack.

You do not need to complete the diagnostic first and we do not need access to your HubSpot portal before the Workshop.

What happens afterwards

The Workshop stands on its own.

We will tell you what we think is happening and what we would prioritise first. There is no obligation to buy anything afterwards.

1

Leave with the diagnosis

You may decide the right next step is an internal management change and nothing more from CONVRG.

2

If the problem needs deeper design

The next paid step is the Transformation Room, where the future sales operation is agreed and put onto one clear plan.

3

If you want help implementing it

CONVRG can then help turn the agreed way of working into management behaviour and HubSpot. You are not required to use us to do that.

Questions before you book

Workshop FAQs

Is this a free consultation?

No. It is a no-cost, 90-minute working session focused on understanding how your sales operation is actually being managed and where the first problems appear to be. It is not a general HubSpot consultation, technical audit or free implementation plan.

Is the Workshop a sales pitch?

No. The Workshop is designed to clarify the operating issues behind your sales, pipeline or forecast concerns and identify the first priorities. Where further work is justified, we will explain the appropriate next step. There is no obligation to proceed.

Do I need to complete the diagnostic first?

No. The short diagnostic can give us useful context, but it is optional. You can request a Workshop directly.

Do you need access to our HubSpot portal?

Not before the Workshop. We can complete the initial review through discussion and the information you provide. If portal access would materially improve later work, we would agree that separately.

Who should attend?

The senior leader responsible for commercial performance should attend alongside the person or people who manage the sales pipeline day to day.

What happens after the Workshop?

You leave with a clearer view of the operating problem and the first three issues to prioritise. The next step may be no further action, an internal management change or, if you want our help, the Transformation Room.

Request the Workshop

Start with 90 minutes in the room.

Tell us a little about the business and what is making you question the sales operation. We will confirm fit before booking the Workshop.

No cost. No obligation. We will only suggest a next step if we believe there is something worth fixing.
