Sales transformation, built into HubSpot

We help B2B leadership teams fix Pipeline Drift.

Your pipeline stopped describing your business some time ago. Everyone adjusted around it. That gap between what the system says and what leadership believes is Pipeline Drift. It is a visible sign that the business is not running one coherent Sales Operating System. That is when forecasts become conversations rather than numbers.

You already know if this is you

  • The forecast gets adjusted in a spreadsheet after the pipeline review, not during it.
  • Deals sit in a stage because nobody moved them, not because nothing happened.
  • You ask how the quarter looks and get three different answers.
  • The people who most need the system to work are the ones least likely to open it.
  • HubSpot was configured well. Six months on, the business still runs beside it.

Those are rarely just CRM faults. They usually point to operating decisions that were never made clearly, or were made once and never protected.

All sales problems are leadership problems.

A technically good HubSpot setup can still fail to change how a business is managed. If leadership works around the system, more configuration or training will not close that gap on their own. The commercial operating model has to be explicit first.

Leadership designs how the business should run. Management protects it. Adoption is the evidence that both are happening, which is why we treat adoption as an outcome rather than the objective.

That future state cannot be delegated to someone without the authority to define it. The people carrying the commercial outcome need to be in the room.

Three moves

Everything we do is one of these, in this order. There is no fourth thing.

Move one

Out of your head

The way you want this business to run often exists, in detail, inside one or two people. We get it out, challenge it, and put it on a single page you would be willing to sign.

Move two

Into HubSpot

That plan becomes the basis of the Sales Operating System. HubSpot turns it into stages, standards, reports and management rhythm.

Move three

You run it

Your managers run the business through the system rather than around it. We work towards not being needed, because the system should belong to your business, not to us.

How it goes

Five steps. The first two are free and useful on their own, so you can see how we think and work before making a paid commitment.

  1. Drift Snapshot

    Free

A short diagnostic that shows you where your pipeline has drifted from how you think it runs.

  2. Pipeline Drift Workshop

    Free

A working session with your leadership team. You will watch yourselves try to answer questions you assumed were already settled.

  3. The Transformation Room

    £2,500one-off

We get your commercial operating model out of your head and onto one page, together, in a room.

  4. The Hard Yards

    £4,000per month, three months

That page becomes how HubSpot actually works. Stages, standards, reporting and rhythm, built to the plan you signed.

  5. Ongoing Accountability and Support

    £2,000per month, 30 days' notice

Your managers run the business through the system, and we hold the line while the habit sets.

£16,500 initial committed value

Excluding VAT. This covers The Transformation Room, The Hard Yards and the first month of Ongoing Accountability and Support. It then continues at £2,000/month on 30 days' notice. Integrations and additional build sprints are scoped and quoted separately. The first two steps are free, so you can see how we work before making a paid commitment.

Who this is for

A good fit

Niche B2B specialists, roughly 50 to 200 people, with a meaningful sales team and enough complexity that informal judgement no longer works. HubSpot is already in place or has been chosen as the shared commercial system. The leadership team owns the commercial problem and is prepared to be in the room.

A poor fit

If all you want is a CRM tidy-up or a one-off training day, this sales-transformation programme is not the right fit. The work also cannot be handed to someone without the authority to define how the business should run.

Start with the Snapshot

It is free, it takes minutes, and it will help you see where your pipeline may have drifted from the business you think you are running. If there is no obvious drift, you have saved yourself a meeting.
